Guitar Hero

Played on 80 inch projector HD televisions, Guitar Hero is a rhythm-based game for PlayStation 2 and Xbox 360. You have to play the “guitar” in time with many known soundtracks. Playing takes nothing more than a sense of the music’s beat, a bit of patience, and a likeliness for at least a few of the songs presented, but more importantly having skill with your fingers. (An action that can be required the more times the game is played)

Madden 08

• $10 entry fee
• 5 minute quarter games
• One or two game elimination [depending on turnout]
• Pick your own teams

Gears of War

• $20 per team
• Teams of 2
• Math types ; war zone and assassination
• Double elimination
• Matches rounds; first to 3; finals = first to 5.
• Default maps

Halo 2

• $20 per team
• Teams of 4
• Math type CTF, Team Slayer, Assault, Koth
• Normal weapons set on map
• Bracket style
